The ShoreTel Dock, when combined with the ShoreTel Mobility Client, extends Unified Communications applications including voice, location-aware presence and instant messaging to mobile devices securely and enabled users to utilize their smartphone or tablet as the primary communications device.

The SIP-based ShoreTel 400 series phones for ShoreTel Sky are available in three models – IP480, IP480G, and IP485G – ranging from a basic phone to a more advanced backlit, color display phone for executives. The 400 series phones have superior sound quality on the handset and speakerphone; multiple line appearances; an ergonomic design; easy to read display; and convenient access to features, including voice mail, directories and conferencing.

Because we design and build our complete VoIP business phone system, customers are assured a unified user experience. Since all of the components of our SaaS phone system are all from ShoreTel, with no third-party devices, support teams have intimate knowledge of all applications and devices. ShoreTel IP Phones offer software compatibility assurance for "future proof" investment protection.  You can deploy them with confidence, knowing they will always be functionally integrated with ShoreTel cloud applications and easily supported by our service organization.
